1. Change of mind returns

If you've bought a once-off product from our Gaming Shop or Workstation Shop and simply change your mind, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included. Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the process.

2. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you. Components also carry their manufacturer's warranty beyond this initial period — see our Terms & Conditions.

3. What isn't covered

• Items damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, or after the original packaging/seals have been broken in a way that affects resale
• Custom-built or custom-configured systems, once assembly has started
• Ongoing services (fibre, hosting, domains, telephony) — these are governed by their own service agreement, not this returns policy

4. How refunds work

Once a return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7-10 business days.
