Not quite — we manage the router, signal and network on top of a connection, whether that's fibre, LTE or another provider's line. If you don't have a line yet, we can arrange one as part of the setup.
Usually one to two business days once your domain's DNS settings are updated — that delay is normal and comes from how the internet propagates changes, not from us.
Both. We handle registration and hosting end-to-end, or take over hosting for a domain you've already registered elsewhere.
The call-out fee covers travel and diagnosis. Once we know what's wrong, we'll quote the repair itself before doing any further work.
