The terms that apply when you use this website or place an order with us.

These terms apply to McFabb IT Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("McFabb", "we", "us"), registered in South Africa and operating from Vereeniging, Gauteng. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
We sell PC components, workstation and office equipment, and related accessories, in addition to offering IT services such as fibre internet, hosting and support. All prices shown on the Gaming Shop and Workstation Shop pages are in South African Rand and include 15% VAT, unless stated otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and stock information accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before processing payment to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the corrected price, or cancel the order with a full refund.
Placing an order through the website is an offer to buy, which we're free to accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error is discovered). An order is only confirmed once we've verified payment and stock availability.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card and instant EFT payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details.
Products purchased through the Gaming Shop or Workstation Shop are once-off purchases. Services such as fibre internet, web/email hosting, domain registration and telephony are separate, ongoing service agreements with their own billing cycle and are not part of the once-off product checkout.
Components and equipment we sell carry their manufacturer's warranty. If something fails within the warranty period, bring it back to us and we'll handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
To the extent permitted by law, McFabb is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under South African consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
